DESCRIPTION:History Day 2 will be Saturday\, August 31\, at Alpine Lodge\, 9:30am-3:30pm.  We will be serving lunch. You need not be present all six hours to participate.  Please let me know if you plan to attend at (510) 847- 6889 or rboyden87@gmail.\n\nBack in May we had a great time looking at and recording information about old and very valuable California Alpine Club photos.  In just a few hours\, six of us recorded well over 300 photos\, some going back to the 1930s and 1920s and earlier!  We are seeing photos never published before and that few if any living Alpiners have ever seen.  A good time was had by all.  There was a write-up in Trails.\n\nPlease let me know if you plan to attend at (510) 847- 6889 or rboyden87@gmail. \nThanks!  Hope to see you there\, \n\nRichard\n\n (510) 847-6889
