We will take responsibility for most functions of the event including a) Food preparations\, serving and cleanup. b) Finances\, including ticket pricing and receipts\, c) Net Proceeds agreeing to share a % Alpine Lodge) d) Other tasks (tbd). 1) EVENT: opens at 3:45 and concludes at 7:00. 2) MUSIC: 6-pc “soft rock” electric band will play two x 45-min sets\, starting a 4:00: Main Hall or rear deck. 2) AUCTION: Fundraiser will feature donated items and services provided by members and friends of CAC. Will be primarily staged Online\, Raffle held during event. 3) FOOD & DRINK: Hot main course (family style) spaghetti & other pasta dishes (veggie & meat sauces) and green salad\, breads two buffet tables; Soft drinks served\, Members BYOB; Musicians our guests. 4) VOLUNTEERS: Food prep & serving\, set-up\, take-down & clean-up all to be requested.\n\n\nArrival Date and Time\n\n\nSat\, Oct 25 at about 10:00\n\n\nDeparture Date and Time\n\n\nSun\, Oct 26 at 11:00 am. We are requesting that someone be a host this overnight portion staring at 6:00 pm. Any member paying the event fee will be eligible to reserve a room. (Note: Alexandra Maquire host our CACF Board Retreat on Jan.11\, 2025\n\n\nWhat is the size of your group?\n\n\nWe expect 60-90 club members\, plus 10-20 paying guests\n\n\nWhat space are you requesting (ie Tam Jack and Jill\, Main lodge North bedroom\, Kitchen\, Hall or bed # is if you know it)?\n\n\nat the club’s discretion.\n\n\nWill you use the kitchen and at approximately what times?\n\n\nYes. Oct 25 at 3-7 pm; Oct 26 at 7-10 am\n\n\nAre you requesting exclusive use of the entire facility for a private event?\n\n\nYes\n\n\nWill you require all participants to be fully vaccinated?\n\n\nNo\n\n\nDo you need BBQ access?\n\n\nYes\n\n\nAre you available to volunteer during your stay?\n\n\nYes
