We have been specially granted use of the Alpine lodge for this event and would like access from 10 am – 5 pm. We accept that we will only use the kitchen appliances for coffee & tea and will clean up after our meeting. We plan to have about 5-8 people (all members) stay overnight. We will contact Host Alexandra Maquire by Jan 2 with the final names. Several members will volunteer for the work party on Sat\, Jan 11 and will contact Amy Pertschuk by Jan 7.\n\n\nArrival Date and Time\n\n\nFri\, Jan 10 at about 10:00\n\n\nDeparture Date and Time\n\n\nFri\, Jan 11 at 5:00 pm.
